Not knowing the exact model, and just doing a quick look through NADA, the 'average' listed value of various 4 stroke, 25 hp motors with electric start are about $16-1700 bucks. Being a short shaft might limit the people wanting that motor. The number of boats with a 15" transom is pretty limited, at least in these parts.
