Macgyver55
My book shows a DR8ESL (NGK).If it is fouling plugs you probably have an over fueling problem. My 200s is tough on plugs but it sits a lot and the carb needs a good cleaning. Boar
Thanks Mac, love yur show by the way, wat is over fueling?
Macgyver55
Over fueling is a condition where the carburetor is allowing more fuel into the engine than it requires to run properly. Its usually caused by either a sticking float, a dirty/hardened needle seat or a choke enrichment valve not fully closing. A good cleaning and new float needle will usually take care of it.
