I have not found one I like better. It doesn't move a bit, it supprots the head, and I made it my self so it is cheeper. Here is my post from last year.

I use this one from AC, the Tool Holder. It would work on any ATV, but I use it with a speedrack bar so i can put it in the front, back, sides, etc. It works great! I put my shovel in one & the auger in the other. The velcro straps on each holder keeps it real secure.

Built a simple one out of wood that works great. put it on the back rack on the side so it doesn't take up the whole front or back rack (since it takes everything but the kitchen sink to go fish it seems) so now I can still put my fishhouse on the back rack and propane tank and buckets up front and pile more stuff on top of my fishouse that rests on the back rack.
