HugoBox
I know that lots of us are probably prone to watching the local weather to see how the day will be tomorrow but beyond wind direction and the basics for keeping comfy. Beyond that, I try to pay attention a bit further up stream to try to get a bead on what may really be motivating birds to migrate. Do you guys watch to the Dakotas and West or do you look to Winnipeg and Regina to try to figure out what system may actually get a push moving? carpshooterdeluxe
Regina, Saskatoon, Winnepeg, Devils Lake, and Minot are all bookmarked on my Accuweather...
BrdHunter01
I have Winnipeg and Fargo bookmarked. I also have baudette, that's more for ice fishing but I like to see what the temps are up there and what is freezing up. As for wind I don't care anywhere other than where I'm hunting. I like the snow and windy conditions for this weekend in the Dakotas and Canada. Should get some birds thinking about moving...
