Wheelhouse flooring

Curious what you guys have been doing while laying the subfloor. 5/8" or 3/4" . Can you just glue it with construction adhesive or should I screw it with self tappers or both? Got the frame covered in truck bed liner tonight and hoping to get the flooring down tomorrow, Thanks for the input.

I to have a bedliner frame just put floor down 2 weeks ago, I used 23/32nds treated lumber and glued everywhere that contacted the frame all my frame bracing is 2 feet on center so all my boards were 4 feet butting against each other on the center of the trailer bracing. I used 1 7/16ths texs self tappers with specific coating used to screw lumber to metal. All worked awsome id do it again all the same way.
