Deer Zone 602

Question-

I have always hunted in zone 343A. The land I primarily deer hunt is now in the new 602 zone. This new season runs the entire A and B seasons. I also have a piece of property that is across highway 63 and is still deemed the old 343A/B area. With the licenses going to the A/B and zone general guidlines, can I hunt both pieces of property, as long as I abide by the zone regulations. Meaning can I hunt the 602 property for the entire month and hunt the 343A during the A season only? or do I have to select a 602 license or a Season A license.

Thanks!

To be on the safe side I would call the local CO on this.

My guess is that if you were hunting the 343A/B you have to abide thise regulations and dates as it was in the past. If you were to go into the 602 area you have the entire season.

Forgot to mention I hunt 349 and have read up on the regulation changes as a neighbor is affected by 602.

Got the answer. The DNR said buy a season A license if that's what I want and hunt the zones according to their specific season dates and regulations, ie. if your in 602 abide by those dates and rules, and if you're in 343 abide by those dates and rules.
