Glass Jigs

Anyone use them Glass Jigs? How is the glow?? I have read it is up to 2 hours. I want some for open water season and I am hoping to stumble across some.

I want some! if anyone has any leads let me know.

I had a chance to take out the boys from Nucleus Glow Optics on a guide trip early ice. They wanted a 10" 'gill for their flyer and booked a trip, I had never used their stuff and was quite interested in them. After fishing with Damien, the owner's son, I saw that you need to use a camera flash to get the glow to really stand out, otherwise they aren't much on the bright side.

If you decide to get some, here in Bemidji we have them, Taber's Bait has a load of them, as well as a few other places.

Call Thorne Bros in Fridley as they have a good supply of ice jigs. Otherwise try the Gander Mountain Lakeville or Forest Lake super stores.

I picked a few up at in Baudette but have yet to use them.

I also got some at Baudette next to Hoilday Store bait place $2.49 a pices, they had 4 colors. Vados at Spring Lake Park has Pan

Vados in Spring Lake Park has them too, worked good on red, kinda expensive though
