1800 Alaskan vs 1725 Pro Guide tillers

1800 Lund Alaskan with F70 yamaha tiller and a 1725 Lund Pro Guide with a F75 yamaha. Both the motors have VTS. How would the ride of each compare in bigger water. Which would handle backtrolling the best. Would the Alaskan be tougher to control in wind or would they both be pretty close to the same. If anyone has rode in either I would love to hear your opinions.
