They shouldn't be wilting back until the first true leaves appear... And even then some.

Are they "Yellow" at all?

If so you might be over watering... And/or low on magnesium... In which case mix a little Epsom salt with warm water the next time they are due to be watered.

If there is purple under the leaves then you are low on Phospherous... Go out and buy some Bloom Plus fertilizer and mix in with the next watering.

If growth is slow... Increase day length and add a very small amount of nitrogen rich fertilizer (Miracle Grow Tomato food)

they are a little purple on the under side just thought I should wait till the first leaves ,before doing any thing about it is it , they did seem slow growing the last week but have started to get true leaves today.

Yeah just go buy some Bloom Plus which is like a 10-54-10 fertilizer... The High Phospherous will encourage more root growth, which will in turn give those new leaves the nutrients they need to really get going.

could not find bloom plus in my home town did find a differant brand thats 10-52-8
