Northland Bionic Ice line

After several years of line frustration during ice fishing I decided to give this a try. It is supposed to be easy to spool from the box, I had difficulty with it snagging a lot. This weekend I decided to use it as a leader on the rattle wheel while fishing Red lake. It kept breaking, and I was beginning to think it was knot failure from these old eyes tying new hooks on. After 5 different breaks I tied another hook on and pulled vigorously to see if it my error, much to my surprise I sat there and watched the line stretch way out of contortion and the area that stretched got all curly and thin. This was 6# test and I don't feel it should have stretched like that. Were the problems I was having user error or product quality?

As I do have it spooled on 1 rod and it has been just okay there I will give it a 3 until I have more time on the ice with it.

I tried it and was not impressed with it at all either.

I tried the #6, it turned to a coil after may be 10 days on spool. I put a new line on and will not use bionic again. But I'll give a prop to the little slit they provided for spooling the line, that worked great for me.
