Inner city crows

Any body take a trip through South Mpls at dusk lately?

The crows are THICK!

Thousands!

All the trees for blocks, FULL!

It's got to be a major wintering grounds.

I would Really like to get a picture of this.

They've been down there other winters too.

I just don't remember seeing them in those kind of numbers earlier than about the 1990's.

"GLOBAL WARMING"?!?!?!?!!!

Must be grain from the rail yards or something that has this kind of draw.

It's an A Hitchcock kind of scene.

I doubt global warming has anything to do with it. It's probably that road kill is down, snow cover deep, and not much left on deer carcass'. So now they move to the city for a nice warm french fry at the local Mc D's. That and there are some people that actually feed the varmits!
