gun buyers club?

Has anyone used this guy out of florida. I have talked to him on the phone and seems to be good, just want to know if anyone has bought from him.

there is 50.00 a year fee then all guns are sold to you below or at dealer cost. still have to be shipped to ffl dealer.

Why? There are local dealers that offer only minimal markup of maybe $20 a gun over their costs. No shipping or transfer fees.
