We were out in the SF woods a few weeks back and some Bear Hunters told us there was new rules that ATV's were not allowed in the SF till at least Mid Oct. He was telling us how that really messed up there hunt as they could not get out to a couple of their bait areas. I read through my Regs and did not see anything about this, but I certainly could be missing something.

Any Insight here.
