The Coast Guard was also offering captain lic. exams in International Falls. As far as I know they still do, but only once a year.
I think their course starts sometime soon.??

I was woundering if the Coast Gaurd offers the classes any where besides Duluth.

Pimp, Classes are offered in Baudette and I Falls as well as duluth. the guy who does the classes and administers the test is Capt. Ted Gebhart, of Bayfield Wi. I don't have the phone number. Look it up in White Pages.com. He can give you all the info. you need. He is a nice guy. Fishkab
