2010 Minnesota essox roundtable?

Does anyone know where I can get info on what was discussed at the roundtable meetings this year? There is usually a write up in Outdoor News. Nothing this year. I was more interested in what was talked about with the pike in Minnesota. Thanks.

Outdoor News covered it. Most of the focus was on the duck recovery plan, best management practices for walleye tournaments, and there was a mention of the 5 proposed musky lakes.

If you're interested in the pike discourse beyond a casual level, you could try getting in touch with some of the folks on page 3 of this document

Tim Goeman talked about the implementation of the Long Range Large Pike and Muskie Plan, I gave a presentation on the new lakes as well as some of the new info on Muskie Walleye relationships on Miltona as well as the positive impacts on some of the local economy's from Muskie stocking.

And some of what stocking means to us and how its more of an event for us.

The State President of the darkhouse assn talked about the direction of Pike management being pushed to far into trophy management with slot lakes and how their is fewer opportunity's to harvest fish also they would like to see less slot lakes, stating the "Pendulum has swung too far" and they would like to see the number of slot lakes lowered to 60.

Shawn Kellett gave a presentation on the Muskies Inc Military family's fishing day and the involvement of Anglers for Habitat and the Bass Federation guys all teaming up to make a great day for some kids and family's that needed to get out on the water.

If I missed anything maybe someone can add to it.
