I agree, he may be a great coach, but his system is flawed!

Is his system flawed or is it the players? All too often too much credit is given or fault is blamed on the coaches when the players are the ones playing the game.

We don't have the playes for it I think, Sharper left because he didn't fit it, but he's still productive as a roaming FS. Just my opinion though.

I agree leechbait, all to often coaches force a system on players that don't thrive in it. There is also the case when players have the ability to flourish in a system and just don't produce for a variety of reasons. Thats why they play the game.

Well if he does get the job in Buffalo, good for him. He has built up a good defense off of what Tomlin left for him.

If he follows in the steps of the other defensive coordinators, he will be hoisting up the Lombardi well before Chilly will...................
