Pike limit conservation license

I bought the conservation license this year cause i never keep fish and never get to go out but plan on doing some spearing this year, what the limit cause you cant spear 1.5 pike? Anyone know if they round up or down on those? Thanks

Always round down.

Page 6 of the Regs:

Conservation Licenses

• Conservation Licenses are available only to residents of Minnesota.

* Daily and possession limits are half of what can be taken with a

standard angling license. Fractions are rounded down to next whole

number (see page 19 for list). People bowfishing, spearing, or using

other approved harvest methods under a Conservation License are

limited to ½ of the daily and possession limit for that method.

* Sturgeon harvest tag may not be used with a Conservation License

I would say you can spear only 1 pike mrklean and sometimes thats all you will see in a day osf spearing and sometimes less. So the question for you is do you take the first pike and be done for the day or wait and possibly not see anything else. I hope that you have fun this winter when you get out.and no stitches this year right
