Strike Lite owners

I'm looking at upgrading my old Strikemaster Lazer to something a little more modern. I would like to hear about any pros or cons with the Strike Lite. It's a lot of money, so I would like to hear some testamonials. Thanks!

Auger is great!!! Might want to trade in the carbon fiber drill for the steel one, once that is done it is Top Notch!

I bought a strikelite last year and it works great but the composite flighting can be a problem if you are opening old holes so I just use my old lazer mag steel auger with the new power head and it works great in a permanent house, run and gun I put the composite back on.

I have one and love it....after I replaced the carbon fiber shaft.

Thanks guys! That carbon fiber shaft seems to be an obvious issue. Maybe I would be better off looking at the Lazer Mag then. Any thoughts on that auger anyone??
