Sheetrock: Water Resistant vs. Mold and Mildew Resistant

I had a small amount of water in my basement and will be replacing some sheetrock. My question is, what is the difference between water resistant and mold and mildew resistant sheetrock? Is the mold and mildew stuff worth paying the extra money or can a guy get by with just the water resistant stuff? Any opinions?

The mold risistance hasent been around a long time, but I guess it works,I have yet to use it but will be soon. The green board water proof is normally for baths, laundry areas I have seen it mold, not often but it does mold if its not sealed properly and water stays in contact over time.

Fix your water problems first, then put up regular rock.

IMO, as a taper/painter I HATE!!! green rock. It is a pain to work with both taping wise and painting wise. And it still molds. I have not worked with the paperless, to much cost to justify something that is untested.
