Good smelt spots??

Just wondering if theres any good smelting spots over by Corny area, or Bayfield?? or just go try and see??

Wisconsin Point outside Superior. Bring a siegn. Or you can try and dip net the small creeks but a seign is best. Mn. (Park) Point is just as good.

The mouth of the Amnicon produced alright last year. I would imagine a few of the tribs on the south shore should hold them at the right times. Check DNR regs as a few streams are closed to smelting.

Sand Bay near the lil feeder creek... Corny Beach.. Herbster Beach... All used to be good, lil slow now.. I would opt for Superior or Ashland now days.
