My Lure Lightning bulb went out like a flash while up on LOW a couple of weeks ago after about four uses. I called the number on the reciept last night and talked to the owner, Randy Schmidt, and he said he would come to my house today and replace it! The bulb was only one of two that he has had go bad. Now that my friends, is customer service! \:\) Thanks Randy!
