last year i loaned "1st mistake" my camera to a "friend" and he called me and said he never used it cause it wont work no power well i had another one so i didnt look at it so this year i took it apart to find that they have an internal fuse a auto glass type and it is soldered to the cicuit board well i had a fuse like it and resoldered this fuse to the circuit board,and the camera now works again i found out that my friend tried to power it with a heavy duty shop battery charger so i will never loan out any thing to friends anymore lesson learned
