My fishing partner fell thru the ice last night in Central MN!!

See my post on the Willmar-Spicer forum... Be careful out there guys!!! This weather is making the ice dangerous!! There was a recent post complaining about the 'Chicken Littles' and ice thickness, but until you've experienced someone falling thru the ice first hand, you don't know how scary it is!!!

How many of us have come close to falling in? I know at least 5 times the ice was sketchy but we made it back alright. Maybe as you get older you get wiser

I would still walk out in the metro area but be carefull....

yeep, this weather is gettin hard on the old ice, up north the ice is thicker than heck. who turned the ice maker off down there?
