I have a '95 50 hp Yamaha 2 stroke that does not start very well. Once it is warmed up it run great but it usually takes 10 to 15 tries to get it running. In the shop manual that I bought it talks about something that sounds like an automatic choke ( it adjusts the richness of the mixture when the motor is cold). Could this need adjustment or is there some trick to starting a cold 2 stroke.
PS I would like to thank everyone one this site for all of the great info they have provided me. This is my first boat and I have learned a ton from you guys.
Nice to finally meet you tonight. Make sure you tell me who you are again next time you come in. I will probably forget.
Let me know when you are dropping in again and I'll make sure we have more of those beverages around!
This northern boy needs a little help with this one.
Dried up kill hole in the duck timber?
Quicksand that all the deer fell into?
Cool lighting in a forest that’s so different from ours?
I’ve never been in the AR woods before but you’ve arrived by the looks of it.
Good luck.
