Gotta go with the Copenhagen. When you're done with it, spit the wad down the hole-It'll usually turn the perch on. Sounds crazy, but I've seen it done many times.

You want matches that stay dry? Go to any reputable sporting goods store and buy some Coghlan's Waterproof Matches. Those suckers are king. Put them wherever you want. They'll always light. I also keep some "farmer" matches (the Ohio blue tip type) in an old vitamin plastic bottle. Just fill it up with matches and then tape/glue the striker strip off the box around the bottle. Been doing it for years. Matches are always dry and if the striker strip gets wrecked, heck, those matches can be lit by dragging them across the hindside of your jeans.....T

No matter if I'm watching Norwegian TV (BIG square hole inside the windowless shack) or hanging with the guys in an 8'x21' at Eelpout fest, beer fills the space between Ice & Fishing.

I'd have to say matches. There has been so many times where the heater or lantern wouldn't start and without matches I would have been screwed. Matches helped me see and stay warm numerous times in the past.
