Frying fish/order of ingredients

Alright, I just can't remember the order of ingredients, and exactly what ingredients for frying fish, mainly walleye.

Do you:
Dip filets in milk, then
Dip filets in flour, then
Dip filets in egg, then
Dip filets in batter, then fry?

1st. Flour

2nd Milk/Eggg wash

3rd Crushed saltines

4th Fry.

5th Season. (season all)

6th Chow.
