M.T. Bucket
Anyone ever hear of sorghum cake? Anyone know how to make it? I had some once when I was a kid--one of my dad's friends brought it over once. This stuff was great, but I've never had any or heard of it since. I don't remember much, except it was very sweet, very deep brown in color, had a thin white frosting, and a texture that was similar to carrot cake. If anyone knows a recipe that would create a similar cake, I'd be thrilled.
