Anybody got any dog hunting trips coming up? I haven't been out for a few years (since they poisoned out our best spot) but we used to go south of Chamberlain every year about this time...

Yes. Just got home today. It was wet and muddy, but we still managed 2 good days out of 4. The dogs were a lot spookier than last year. Not very many shots under 100 yards, but the new Ruger M77 .223 had no trouble swatting them out to 300 yards. My .17 HMR was not the weapon of choice this time out. Lots of pups emerging as well. I was another 100 miles or so west of Chamberlain.
