WalleyeSnob
Thanks Ryan for the best weekend of ice fishing a guy could ever have. Word to the wise... don't take any bets with ryan(ie. first fish or biggest fish of the day) he will take your money so fast your head will spin. This fish went 10 lbs and was a hair shy of 28 inches.
Ed Carlson
Nice fish guys! What was the hot lure of the day? Eh..I like the nifty deal on your jacket...kinda looks like the one Peter gave me.
WalleyeSnob
Hey EdPeter actually gave me that little gadget. They work really well. I came in to Gander Mountain on Friday and asked around to see if you were there. Peter told me about a lighting system you rigged for a marcum. The chubby darters were not the lure of choice this weekend. One of Ryan's buddies used it all day and didn't have anything.
Ed Carlson
Yup..moods of the fish change. Some boys down from your crew did well on Chubbys all weekend. Some days it's plain lift and drop jigs, and others it's active stuff that produce.I was certain that light was from Peter, a nifty deal, I like mine too. The weather is sweet to hit the rivers. I will be out and about most of the mid-week someplace on the Red. Wish me luck.
