Parts for OPE Magnum auger? Need recoil spring

My dad has a OPE Magnum III auger. Last year he broke the recoil spring "trying to fix it".

ANyway, I can have said auger if I can fix it and let me tell you I can. Only thing is I don't know where to find parts for these. I asked a couple guys and they thought I had 2 heads or something.

Thought you guys would know.....I work on all my own chainsaws so I've repaired a few recoils in my young life.

The way it seems the OPE and the Strike Master may be the same auger (or close) check this tread out and maybe check with Strike Master for parts.

Powerstroke, Go on down to your local small engine repair shop. All that engine is, is a Tecumseh. I just sold 2 of those augers. One was about a '77 model and the other about a '96. The only difference I could see, was the 77 had a more wraps on the auger.
