Idea For Weekends Ice Show

Just a passing thought but with the lack of ice so far this year an idea came to mind. Since the ice rink over at the Excel Center isn't being used much these days how about opening it up to people attending the ice show this weekend? Sort of an on ice therapy session for the displaced ice fisherman in need of something cold to stand on. Maybe even try out that new shelter that he just bought. Sure beats setting it up on that cold hard garage floor.

I think it would be too hard to overcome the compulsion to drill holes in the ice , and they might frown on that.
