Ice perch- Montrose harber 2/1

Ice is a good 10". Fishing was pretty consistant with alot of sorting needed for keepers. They weren't big keepers either, averaging 7-9" ,but big enough to fillet. We fished in 18 FOW with Swedish pimples tipped with spikes. The bigger fish were right on the bottom. We also caught a 3lb rainbow on a 1/32 ounce jig tipped with spikes. It was a great fight on a flimsey fiberglass rod with 2lb test.Get out and give it a try! Nothing beats fresh perch and a cold beer. GLGF!
