I've seen hundreds of carp on this lake but never tried to catch one. Most have been in the shallows near Ramsey park. I know they usually run up the creek to spawn in mid-June but will they stay around there spawning grounds for a while or the disperse throughout the shallows? I saw the strawberry corn tip and think I'm going to try that and some flavored bread balls. Any suggestions on depth I should try or what to look for when carp fishing in lakes?
