squeedunk
I am planning on having a carp "contest" on the fourth of July with my family and did the same last year but we can't seem to get any action so far this year, what's the deal? We use dough balls and corn for bait and are doing everything the same as last year but the carp are not cooperating. The carp spawned on the lake about a month ago but I think the water temps are below normal for this time of year. Does anyone have any good ideas that can help our "contest" go well. All of the fish will be released if we happen to catch any so they will be there if anyone else wants to catch them. Thanks in advance for any tips.~Squee
