Terminal tackle help question

Folks I'm looking for the brand name and/or location of a particular glass bead or plastic bullet that protects your knot from collecting weeds when fishing top water with plastics? I fished w some folks last week that had them and they worked pretty slick. I've check all local retail GM, Fleet stores and called tackle ware house with no luck. Does anybody know where I can get such a thing??
