cordless crank down drill

Is this an option? just bought a neew castle an was wondering if this actually works, attaching a drill to the winch, put her in low crank it up an down. dose this work or not

My guess it would work but would put a lot of stress on the drill. I think the newer ice castles have a two speed winch that makes it easier to go up and down.

I don't know a strong enough drill to raise my RV edition! I think mine is a single speed winch though. I seen there is a new fish house that has something like this and uses a hand crank, and they are adaptable to use a drill. I think it was a wolf something or another... it also cranks both sides down and up at the same time with one winch... I just didn't like the interior of them.
