hitthebricks Posted October 10, 2013 Share Posted October 10, 2013 not sure if the is the right forum to post this but not sure if the second batch turned out.12 lbs pressure for 1.5 hrs. for 2/3 venison and 1/3 pork.Second batch had a cloudy/milky type residue towards the bottom of the jar when done, is this normal?
