tungsten beads question

looking to make my own ice jigs. Where do you get your beads? and how do the beads match up to the ice jig fiskas 3mm etc. Any tips would help

The beads aren't quite as heavy as an applicable sized tungsten jig. They are still quite a bit heavier than a standard fly or lead weighted fly, but not the same weight as a stock tungsten jig.
