Yetti Owners.......

I know there is a lot of posts on this HSOforum about Yetti fish houses, but I am hoping to hear from actual Yetti owners. There is a lot of good reviews on Yettis, but everynow and then you read a bad one and it scares me.....

Does anyone who owns a Yetti and has used it for a couple years have any comments? How are they holding up? Have you seen any of the cracks or issues often discussed with aluminum frames??

I have had mine 2 winters, but can't give an honest report. Mine never left the driveway this year due to health problems. I have had an issue with the cables but the company was quick to resolve the problem and has changed the cable pulleys on their units. I plan on using mine for camping this summer and will make sure it hits the ice next winter.

I've only had mine for a little over a year. No trailer issues other than the cable/pulley issues mentioned above. Probably put a couple thousand miles on it so far. Just the steel suspension showing rust a little, otherwise it still looks new, kind of wish I had gone bigger! smile

thanks for the replies...Have any of upgraded the insulation on your yetti? Do you have insulation in your floors? I am thinking of at least getting spray foam in the floor, but may want to spray the entire thing if its worth it... Any thoughts??

thanks again.
