Hello. I had a buddy that was new to the sport last year bring home a limit of common mergansers. So the pal i was I breasted them for him and he swore it was the best thing he had ever eaten...Any other opinions out there on how to eat a creambelly.

Hoodeds are edible when smoked. The rest will kill you with after-tast.
