Anyone out there using an acrylic duck call?

Recommended Posts

I am just wondering which acrylic duck calls people are useing or have used. I have used calls from $10 to $60 and have been most satisfied with the higher priced calls. I am looking at possibly buying one of the more expensive acrylic calls (they go for ~$125) and since every manufacturer says they have the "best" call I'm trying to get some more info before buying. I'm not worried about the cost as much as getting my moneys worth out of the call.

Any info would be appreciated

I am a really big collector of duck and goose calls. Right now I am using a Foiles Strait Meat Honker, Performance Fast Talker Short Reed, Foiles Timber Rattler, and a Southern Little Joel. All these calls are acrylics. If you are in the market for a more reasonabley priced acrylic I would recommend going with a Fowl Language. I have had a few of these calls and they are a great call, surprised it dont have feathers. I am always selling and buying calls. I have a drawer full of calls and am always looking......

Right now I am waiting on a PureDuck Cocobola and Acrylic, The brand new Echo Short Reed Acrylic, and another Echo Open Water Acrylic.

Let me know if you have any questions, I have blown just about em all!

Shoot me an email and I will give you my Buddies name and number who makes Duck and Goose calls outta Shokopee, Performance Calls.

Later,
Andy
