Hey guys I have recently acquired a 1996 Evinrude 15 hp outboard and I am looking to change it from a long shaft to a short shaft. This is where my question and problem come into play I have been unable to find a used short gear shaft to switch it over. I have been able to find them new but would really like to find one used sense I have heard it will come at half the cost as the new one would run me. Is there any websites or dealerships that you guys might suggest that would help me in my search. Thanks for your time and help in advance.
