abu problem

I am wondering if i have bad luck or if i am not alone. i have two different abu reels and the rubber grip part on the handle always pops off during cast and catching fish. does anyone else have this problem?

Hasn't happen to me on any of mine YET, but that is a known problem, best thing to do would be go to Thorne Bros and get some gator grips. I have heard of guys also using super glue when putting them back on. Also check out Hatteras Outfitters online they have all kinds of good stuff for the Abu's, do a search in google.

A friend of mine had that problem. He sent it back to abu and they put a new handle on it.
