Am going to try fishing Muskie for the first time on Detroit and need a little help on where to fish? And any info would be helpful wpuld be great. Kind of new at this muskie fishing.

Fish Big Detroit and look for cabbage, there's a ton of it in the lake along shoreline drop offs. Stop at quality bait and get a map for a couple of bucks and look for the steep breaks and you'll find fish. Cast to 4-8 foot of water from about 16 feet and you'll go by some fish. Good luck and ask John at Quality bait for some tips, he'll point you in the right direction.

Thanks for the info, but where is Quality bait? I'm familiar with DL but not that familiar.

Quality bait is on Washington Ave. It intersects highway 10 and is the main strip in DL.
