How would you Fish this lake

It is a small lake in Sibley county with a max depth of seven feet. The whole thing is basically a bowl from 3 going down to 6 feet. Used to be great walleye ice fishing a few years ago. The lake has also been recently netted so walleyes still do exist.. We tried lindy rigging, crankbaits, and pitching jigs. Nothing.. How would you fish a lake like this?

I was fishing a similar lake today trying all the same tactics. fished from 12-3 5-11am and 2-5pm without catching so much as one small perch all day. Changing sizes colors and even lines to try and pick up a bite. Then finally this evening i went out again about 7:30 and i decided to fish really shallow waters with crankbaits. Using a fast retreive with pauses mixed in i managed to pick up one 26inch 'eye. so dont give up hope quite yet and give the shallow waters a shot. post spawn walleyes tend to hang around new weed growth. find the weeds find the walleyes.
