Okuma Magda Vs Diawa Accudepth Line counter reel

which one of these reel is better? They retail for about the same price, but Okuma is for sale about 15 bucks less. Any thoughts guys?

I have had both and prefer the Accudepth. The Magdas didnt make it 2 seasons and I have Accudepths that I have had since they came out.

I picked up a couple of the C-store Depthmaster II's. They seem pretty decent, but they also look ALOT like the Okuma's. But for $50 with a 8-6 trolling rod, I couldn't pass. Bought 2 actually.
