HandGunner
i have a few spinner baits and lures i made and waiting to try them out to see how they look, so when does the lakes melt so i can go toss a few of my homemade lures?
Cecil
The water molecules in ice are more strongly attached to each other than they are when the ice is melted. That is why ice is a solid. As the ice warms up, the heat makes the molecules jiggle around more and more. When it is warm enough, the molecules cannot stay stuck to each other like they did when they were ice. It is when they break away from each other that melting happens. Is that what you were looking for?

scott b
HEE HEE.. 20 inch box fan here we go. Umm.. dude, if the DNR sees you throwing spinnerbaits and lures that target larger fish, you'll get busted for poaching. At least use a bobber so you fit in! slipperybob
I want to practice my baitcasting gear but can't really do it like I want to with the actual lure. Even without any hooks...that's all I'm gonna say...

HandGunner
just another question... i found some old CASTAIC HARD HEAD swimbaits i had lying in storage and they look like they need new tails replaced i have a few replacements but! im not sure how im suppose to glue them on, just any glue like super glue or do i need some other special stuff? maybe some 5minute epoxy? the thing with super glue is its hard to glue softplastics i tried to glue a few plastic worms and b4 i can attatch them the glue sets almost instantly so i end up with a hard crusty un attatched tail. Cecil
Option 1-Melt them togetherOption 2-Google Mendit fishing lure glue. (works great)
HandGunner
im thinking about using some 5minute epoxy since its probobly the strongest bond out of anything. could anyone think of possible issues i would have using epoxy?
