Pet Insurance: Who to use, and whether or not to purchase..

Pet insurance... worthwhile & valuable opportunity, or just a way for insurance companies to make a few extra bucks?

Anybody have pet insurance for their hunting dog?

I use purina for both my labs. One had both rear knees done at 3500 a piece. Insurance paid 2900 for each. Not bad in my eyes. Progressive and metlife both offer pet insurance

With pet insurance do you pay the bill then the insurance reimburses you?

what kind of premiums are we talking about? Is coverage similar to human health insurance in terms of what type of things are covered?
