It's been along time. Can someone refresh my memory, is there sales tax in MN on a used boat?

No. There is sales tax on the boat trailer though.

I should be more technical. There is tax on a used boat if you buy it from a dealer of any sort. No sales tax on the boat in private sales.

  I went ahead and watched some of the MLF coverage. Wheeler didn’t make the cut but the bigger story was the Poche/Avera fallout. Kinda funny listening to both sides of the story and putting together the scenario, reading between the lines.
