Trolling Motor Opinions

I was wondering if anyone could give me their opinion of what size stern mount trolling motor I should buy for my Crestliner 1650 Fishhawk. I have a Minnkota 55 with the auto pilot on the bow, and I have priced out both the Minnkota 40 and the 55 for the stern, and I was wondering if the 40 would be enough. There is a fairly decent price difference in jumping up to the 55, but I don't want to get the 40 if it won't have enough juice to get me around. Any opinions would be appreciated. Thanks.
